Self-Discovery and Astrology: A Guide to Exploring and Harnessing Personal Talents

Self-knowledge and the use of astrology are two fundamental ways of discovering and harnessing the personal gifts that each individual is endowed with in life. In a world where the fast pace of life can often obscure our deep understanding of who we really are, seeking and exploring these aspects becomes essential to a fulfilling and authentic life.
Self-knowledge is an ongoing process of exploring our own thoughts, emotions, values, motivations and desires. Through self-reflection and introspection, individuals improve their understanding of themselves and how they interact with the world around them. This deeper knowledge can lead to greater self-confidence, wiser decision-making and a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Astrology, on the other hand, provides a symbolic and interpretive framework for understanding cosmic influences on the individual. By analysing the positions of the planets at the time of birth, we as astrologers can identify personality traits, talents and potentials unique to each person. Using astrology, people can navigate life with a deeper understanding of their own nature and harness the gifts and abilities with which they have been endowed.
While self-knowledge and astrology are two distinct fields, they can be integrated in a complementary way to support the process of personal development. By exploring the birth chart and interpreting it in the context of one's own life, individuals can identify areas where they have maximum potential and make decisions in line with this potential.
For example, a person with a dominant position of Mercury in the birth chart might discover skills and talents in communication and analytical thinking. Thus, this person might choose to direct his or her career towards areas involving writing, public speaking or data analysis. By understanding and harnessing these natural talents, the individual may experience greater satisfaction and success in life.
It is good to do the personal astrology at a time when we are open to exploring more deeply the unique aspects of our own personality and understanding how our cosmic energies influence our own traits. It is also helpful to do astrograms at times of transition or change in life, such as the beginning of a new phase, a marriage, a career change, or other significant events. These times give us the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of where we are headed and to use our internal resources effectively to achieve our goals and fulfill our potential.
In conclusion, self-knowledge and the use of astrology are two powerful tools for exploring and harnessing personal talents. By cultivating a deep understanding of who we really are and using the astrological framework to guide our decisions and actions, we can create more authentic, fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Neuroscience

If you've been following me for a while, you know that I'm passionate about neuroscience and integrate concepts from it into my therapies. Neuroscience is an interdisciplinary branch of science that studies the brain and nervous system, including its structure, function, development, and how it influences behavior and cognitive function. For several years researchers have been exploring the impact of meditation and hypnotic regression in the context of healing and personal development. For example, neuroscientific research has shown that meditation practices produce changes in brain structure and functioning, including in areas associated with attention, emotion and stress regulation. In addition, studies of hypnotic regression investigate how it influences cognitive and emotional processes and its potential for emotional and psychological healing. Thus, neuroscience provides a deeper understanding of how mental practices and emotional experiences interact with the functioning of the brain and nervous system.

Meditation is a spiritual practice that produces structural changes in the brain with tremendous benefits. Harvard researchers have shown that meditation helps build cells and increase brain grey matter. Participants listened to audio recordings of guided meditations. The study concluded that meditation helps with cell building and brain health, relaxation and stress reduction, improves memory and attention, facilitates learning, helps with focus and decision making, increases self-awareness, introspection and compassion, can help combat addictions, controls anxiety, etc.

What happens during a Hypnotic Regression session?

Hypnotic Regression begins with a meditation that is designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and quieting of the conscious mind, which allows you to more easily access and explore the contents of the subconscious mind. This state facilitates access to past memories or experiences and promotes emotional healing and personal transformation by exploring and releasing blocked emotional or mental content.

By integrating meditation and hypnotic regression, you can discover and better understand the roots of certain emotions or behaviors and work to transform or integrate them in a more conscious and healthy way.

Hypnotic regression can be used to address a variety of problems and conditions, including:

 1. Past trauma: It can help explore and heal traumas or negative experiences from a person's past.

 2. Anxiety and stress: It can offer ways to reduce anxiety and stress, helping to identify and release their sources.

 3. Depression: Can help identify the root causes of depression and develop healthier perspectives and approaches.

 4. Eating disorders and addictions: Can be used to explore and treat the root causes of eating disorders or addictions.

 5. Relationship problems: Can facilitate understanding and resolving relationship problems, including relationship conflict or attachment difficulties.

 6. Self-discovery and personal development: May provide opportunities to explore and understand the self and inner motives more deeply, leading to personal and spiritual growth.
