Order

The customer can place ORDERS on the website, www.astrotime.ro, by adding the desired PRODUCTS to the shopping cart, then completing the ORDER 
Once added to the shopping cart, a PRODUCT  is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it. Adding a PRODUCT to the shopping cart, without completing the ORDER, does not entail the registration of the ORDER, implicitly neither the automatic reservation of the PRODUCT/SERVICE.
By completing the ORDER, the CUSTOMER agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the online purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the ORDER.

The price of the products

All prices related to the PRODUCTS presented on the website www.astrotime.ro  are expressed in RON (RON) and include VAT

Payment for orders placed on the website is made by using the EuPlatesc service (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard) or bank transfer (based on the proforma invoice in electronic format). In the case of the "Online by bank card" payment option, you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill in a form with the information about your card.

The buyer can obtain the invoice for the products paid for, once the billing data has been entered in the order/payment form. The invoice will be able to be saved/printed by the customer after it is displayed on the screen.

The buyer is responsible for updating the billing data in his Account as often as necessary and/or accessing the information and documents related to each Order, existing in the Account.

By sending the Order, the Buyer expresses his agreement to receive the invoices in electronic format by adding them to the Account by www.scoaladenumerologie.ro or via electronic mail, to the e-mail address mentioned in his Account.

Your registration obligations

In using the service, you agree to provide true, correct, current and complete information about yourself. In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected, we reserve the right to block your access, for a specified or indefinite period , when using the service without any prior notification. According to the laws in force, the order placed on this website is considered to be a contract between the user and STARCONS MANAGEMENT SRL respectively, https://www.astrotime.ro, and must be executed by both parties. This means that we undertake to deliver the ordered products and services, and the user undertakes to pay the price of the order.

Right of withdrawal

According to the legislation in force, the CLIENT can exercise the right to withdraw from the CONTRACT within 14 (fourteen) days after taking possession of the PRODUCTS.
In the situation mentioned above, you will return, within the term provided above, the purchased product in the original packaging, without showing any signs of damage or wear. The shipping costs will be borne by you. Products must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered, it means that you agree to these terms of use and that the products are the ones you ordered and meet your requirements. STARCONS MANAGEMENT SRL undertakes to return to the client the sums collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of termination of the contract by you.

Astrotime does not guarantee that the description of the products or any other content of the site is complete and correct. In the event that the price of the product or any of its characteristics or details have been incorrectly entered in our databases or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not yet been made, astrotime reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer in as soon as possible about the error that occurred. The customer has the right to cancel the order if he is not satisfied with the new conditions and if the respective order has not been delivered.

Astrotime does not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if the purchased products do not correspond to the purpose for which they were purchased. Also, the images of the products presented on https://www.astrotime.ro   are for presentation purposes only, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics, design, colors, without notice advance by the producers. astrotime, will not be held responsible in case of any inconsistencies or deficiencies regarding the products, their quality or any other aspects regarding these products.

Astrotime, cannot be held responsible and does not guarantee, in any way, for the operation of the site, for the information and content of the site, nor for the materials or products on the site.
astrotime cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all displayed products. For this reason astrotime assumes the right not to honor a certain order if the respective product is no longer in the current offer of the importer or distributor. The customer will be notified in this regard and will receive back the money collected by astrotime for the respective order if the payment was made in advance. The stocks of the products on the website cannot be updated daily, therefore astrotime does not guarantee the existence in stock of the products on the website even if they appear on the website as being in stock. For conSTARCONS MANAGEMENT SRL out of stock you will be contacted by phone by a representative of the company.

The term of  delivery of 1-3 days are considered working days and are valid for products in stock.

Force majeure

In case of a force majeure event, none of the parties can be responsible for the non-execution of its contractual obligations, if this was due, in whole or in part, to the said event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, each involved party does not terminate the respective event, he has the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the contract without any of them being able to claim other damages- interests.

The Law

This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

By agreeing to the articles presented in the Terms and Conditions, the Client/Buyer confirms assumption of these risks, in full.
